As the primary visionary of the cooperative, the Chairman steers the Board of Directors, champions member interests, and solidifies strategic goals. To ensure continuous, steady governance, the Chairman works hand-in-hand with the Vice Chairman. The Vice Chairman serves as a critical strategic partner, stepping in to spearhead executive committees, manage institutional duties, and provide essential administrative support. Together, this dual-leadership pillar ensures that the cooperative’s high-level vision remains unified and consistently active, safeguarding structural stability and ensuring that the organization's overarching corporate decisions are effectively balanced and executed.
